Wheat, Home & Dreams
From sustenance and shelter to hope for the future – building dignity, security, and resilience beyond hardship.
Wheat
We aim to provide basic sustenance and dignity for the orphans, representing food security and human resilience.
Home
We strive to provide shelter and stability through a safe place that provides belonging and protection.
Dreams
While keeping in mind, creating hope and support for the future to build a better life beyond war and hardship.
Why This Project ?
Vision
A just future for the children of Western Syria who have been orphaned by unprecedented violence, and forced displacement. We strive to restore dignity, provide education, and support healing in place of fear and marginalisation.
We believe that no orphan should be left behind.
Mission
Providing comprehensive support for these orphans by connecting them with dedicated sponsors, ensuring the children’s fundamental needs—including food, shelter, education, and emotional well-being—are met.
WHD fosters long-term commitments between donors and the children they support, to support and empower their journey to adulthood.
Values
Dignity – Every child is treated with respect and worth.
Accountability – We are transparent, responsible, and faithful to our commitments.
Child Protection – Safeguarding and well-being come first, always.
Equity – Support is based on need, without discrimination.
Long-Term Commitment – We provide stable, consistent support through childhood.
Your support is invaluable, where every meal, every hug and every dream matters!
Stories of Hope
With your support, we can give them their childhood back. Donate and help in rebuilding their future.
Mila, 6 years
My name is Mila. I saw my parents go away and never come back. My aunt now takes care of me. A kind person sends money, and I can eat every day.
Sami, 7 years
My father bought me a backpack for school before he died. It was burnt to ashes with our house. Now, I have a new one thanks to my sponsor. I can go to school again.
Sarah, 15 years
My mom is sick. After we lost our father, I was going to leave school to work and feed my two little brothers. But someone decided to help me, and now I can stay in school and still take care of them.
Fares, 17 years
After losing both my parents, I gave up on university to support my little sister. In January 2026, someone encouraged me to return to my studies and offered to support her until I can. I am deeply grateful to everyone who helped.
